All you need to do is add the items to your shopping cart and you will notice the FREE SHIPPING message will be displayed in the 'My Cart' section in the top right hand corner of your page once the total order value is over $40. Rest assured that when you get through to the store checkout you will not be charged a single cent for shipping!

If you have ordered less than $40 worth of items, postage is $7.95 for standard delivery.
Express Delivery - includes tracking
If you require your ties in a hurry we offer Express Postage through Australia Post for $12.95. Express delivery throughout the Express Post delivery network should take 2 - 3 business days.

Please note - Standard delivery will usually take 2 to 6 business days through Australia post. If you have not received your order after 6 business days you can always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and will investigate.
We're confident you'll be pleased with your purchase. However, if you do have any problems with the item(s) or have simply had a change of heart, you can return them for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your goods.

Please note - if you do choose to return goods, they must be returned in their original condition in the original packaging (to prevent damage to the item(s) during postage). You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse and all goods will be inspected on return. For large custom orders (requiring a deposit and final payment) refunds are available however the deposit payment is non refundable and only the final portion of the payment will be refunded.
